Eden started dancing at the age of two enrolling into Ballet classes along with Tap, Jazz and Modern, taking graded exams in ISTD/RAD syllabus. Inspired by the movie Step Up, Eden found her love for street dance in her early teens learning many different styles such as Breaking, Locking, Waaking, Krump and House. Coming from a classical dance background, Eden found she could apply her knowledge and skills from her previous training including discipline, coordination, body awareness and technique. She gained much success going forward to compete at a high level of Street Dance across the UK and Scotland with renowned east London based hip hop crew IMD Legion created by choreographer Omar Ansah-Awuah. Eden loves performing has experienced many great opportunities to perform in London including; Move It convention (XL London) I Am Bad ( 02 Indigo Greenwich) Up Front (229 Great Portland St) Avant Garde presents Collabo ( Stratford Circus Arts Centre). In recent years, Eden has been sharing her love for dance teaching young children and teens helping to build emotional resilience, self-confidence, and disciplined focus outside of the dance studio. Although she came from a competitive training background, Eden’s School of Dance encourages children to enjoy dance and to progress at their own pace.
